Our paralegals play an integral role in assisting both you, as our clients, and the attorneys who work for you. We assign a paralegal to each file and each case so you may always have both an attorney and a paralegal working for you and whom you may contact. We have found that this system works efficiently so that cases are handled in a cost conscious manner and with your best interests in mind.

Fees and Billing

We offer a variety of different fee options depending on the type of case. Many cases are done on an hourly basis. Some cases are done based on a flat rate, regardless of the amount of actual time spent. Finally, some cases are done on a percentage or contingency basis.
